commissions
I am happy to accept commissions for dogs, horses, cats, other domestic and wild animal paintings from photographs in oil on calvas.
Photos can be e-mailed to me or sent by post. Pieces take 4-6 weeks to complete including drying time (fast drying alkyd Oil is used to speed up the process).
Before starting the painting a sketch will be emailed to you to approve composition (possibly a computer-manipulated source photo) and once piece is complete a sample proof will be sent for your approval. After that the painting will be left drying for 3 weeks and then varnished and posted to you. The painting will be supplied unframed by insured Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Framing can be done at cost, please email me for a quote.
